Steven Zaragoza Obituary
Funeral: 3 p.m. Tuesday at Alpine Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Alpine Funeral Home.
Steven never met a stranger. People were drawn to his big smile and even bigger heart. He loved being a "Pops" to his grandchildren the best.
Steven was a devoted Harley rider to the end...live to ride, and ride to live. Steven had a great ride.
Survivors: His wife, Cathy Zaragoza; children, Jennifer Lewis, Christina Weiberg and Greg Lee; grandchildren, Lili, Alyssa, Kyla and Gillian; mother, Martha Zaragoza; brothers, Mark Anthony and Christopher Zaragoza; sisters, Michelle Banogon and Mia Elizabeth Sandora; and numerous nieces and nephews.

12 weeks today since Steven's passing. It has gone slow and fast at the same time. He is greatly missed and I will always love him.
Thanks to all who have taken the time to post their love and comments here. I am so grateful for everyone's support and for loving Steven too. He was one of a kind but someday he and I will see each other again. He leaves a legacy of laughter, joy and happiness behind and I know he is in heaven looking down on his "sweetpea". I will always try and keep her Pops alive in her mind and memories.

To the family and friends of Steve- I am sorry for your loss. I always looked forward to Steve walking through the door, wondering what joke he was going to tell or what story he was going to share- no matter the length. He was never at a loss for words. I even enjoyed listening to his stories from his Army days. I pray the Lord comforts all the lives that Steve touched.
