Robert Louis Treat

1953 - 2009

Robert was born in Whittier, CA, November 15, 1953, to William and Berneita Treat, he passed away June 3, 2009, in Long Beach, CA at the age of 55 from the effects of a failing liver. He was a fifty-year resident of the South Bay. He went through school in Manhattan Beach and graduated from Aviation High School in the Class of 1972. Bob worked in many professions during his life and he enjoyed them all. Bob had many friends that he truly loved. He was an avid user of the internet and had a large e-mail following. The family wishes to thank all of Bob's friends especially the ones who were able to make it to his bedside and lift his spirits. He is survived by his brother, Donald; sister-in-law, Joanie; niece, Jennifer; and nephew, David. A private wake will be held; there will be no formal public funeral service per his request.
