Leonard Kiser Obituary
Leonard Andrew Kiser, 63, of Verona, husband of Carol (Johnson) Kiser died on Saturday, August 29, 2009, at Augusta Health.
He was born June 10, 1946 in Augusta County, son of Wade and the late Almeda Kiser.
He was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, Carol, and his father, survivors include two sons, Torry, Sr., and John Kiser; two daughters, Dana and Katherine Kiser; three brothers, Larry, Danial, and Randy Kiser; a sister, Aomia; thirteen grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at Union Presbyterian Church Cemetery by Reverend Steve Spire.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at Henry Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the John Kiser Fund, c/o New Hope Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 38, New Hope, Virginia 24469.
