Ruth F. Coleman

Ruth F. Coleman, of Madison, died Sunday, September 6, 2009, at Martha Jefferson Hospital.

Ruth was born February 1, 1928, in Nashua Township, Illinois, to the late Edna E. and William Doeden.

Ruth was the wife of the late Alan R. Coleman.

She is survived by her son, Glen A. Coleman and his wife, Betty, of Charlottesville. Also surviving are nieces, Mary Gander, Helen Davidson of Mineral Point, Wisconsin and Carol Sue Gander of Verona, Wisconsin; granddaughter, Wendy C. Snider; and great-grandchildren, David and Elizabeth Snider of Waynesboro.

The family would like to express heartfelt gratitude for the professional and caring attention Ruth received at Charlottesville Health and Rehabilitation and South 5 Martha Jefferson Hospital.

Funeral services will be private at Ruth's request.

Donations may be made in Ruth's name to the Madison County Rescue Squad.
