To the Malloy Family,
I did not know how else to get in contact with you, but I was one of the many people touched by Mary Margaret during our time at Shades. I just got back from studying abroad in Africa, and I know how Mary Margaret so wanted to go there. I thought of her so much and felt her presence in that beautiful place. I carried her in my heart throughout my journey. What a blessing.

I was Mary Margaret's biology teacher last semester. I just found out about her death and started to cry in my office. She was such as special person, so sweet, so smart, so gentle. I am going to miss her tremendously.
I lost a child too, so I have an idea of what you are going through. I wish you strength and send you love and much peace.

Dear Debbie, Craig, William, George, and Dorothy,
I know how much you loved Mary Margaret. I can only imagine the pain that you feel right now. She was so blessed to have you by her side as she struggled through years with this illness. I know who horrible Ed is...my son suffers from it as well. It is obvious that Mary Margaret was a wonderful person and a blessing to everyone who knew her. Although I did not know her personally, she has positively touched my life as well as my son's life. God bless you and your family. You are in my prayers constantly.

Dear Craig, Debbie, William and George ----
I did not know Mary Margaret and I have never met any of you. However, I have known ED for way too many years. He has sat on my shoulders and haunted me since I was 17 and I am now 52 years old, never giving me a moment's peace.
I can only wish that some day, this horrible illness will be completely eradicated, never allowed to rob another individual of their body, their heart and soul, and their life.
