Rosemary Beach Obituary
(Snyder)
Pittsford: On July 3, 2008 at age 96. She is predeceased by her husbands, Joseph G. Windheim and Andrew Beach; granddaughters, Karey Windheim, Sarah Beach. She is survived by her daughters, Carol (Alvin) McKenna of OH, Katie (John C.) Westfall of VA, JoAnn (Daniel) Riley of Putnam Valley, NY; son, Jay (Kathy) Windheim of Canandaigua, NY; step-sons, Thomas (Linda) Beach of Rochester, William (Patty) Beach, formerly of Rochester, Paul (Judy) Beach & James (Margi) Beach both of OH; 20 loving grandchildren; 16 1/2 great-grandchildren; dear friend Jim Corbett and his loving family; many nieces, nephews and friends. Rosemary was a graduate of Elmira College and received her Masters degree from Syracuse University.
Family and friends are invited to call at Miller Funeral Homes, Inc., (3325 Winton Road South) on Sunday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Rosemary's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Louis Church (64 S. Main St., Pittsford) on Monday at 11 AM. Interment will take place at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Utica, NY on Tuesday at 12PM (Noon). In lieu of flowers friends may contribute to the Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired (Macular Degeneration) in her memory. Jay, Mark & Family,
Very sorry to hear of the loss of your dear Mother and Grandmother & Great-Grandmother. Jay, I believe I met your Mother once, it might of been at an Open House, but I'm not sure. I do remember being impressed with her youthfulness and how sharp she was. Judging by her write-up, Rosemary was certainly ahead of her time. Elmira grad, SU Masters degree. Mom passed along some great genes to her family. God bless & give you strength.. . Joe Sarkees

Jay, I am sorry to hear of your mom's death. She was a wonderful person - very friendly when I was a student at St. Anne's School and much later in life when she attended St. Louis Church. A great person
