Bill - I was absolutely stunned by the news about Billy. I met him several times when you brought him in on "Bring Your Kids to Work" day at Kodak. The last time, when Billy was 15, I had the opportunity to show him around the lab and demonstrate some of the work we were doing. He was one of the most polite, pleasant, and likeable young people I've ever met and it was easy to see why he was your pride and joy.

My heart goes out to you during this sad time.

My thoughts are with all of you who knew Billy. Especially Mom and Dad. Billy was a dear friend. I remember someone once asked if Billy and I were cousins, we just laughed at the time. But now I will answer, no. We are more like Brothers. If there is anything that needs to be done I will be there.

billy. wow. i can't believe you are gone. you were my "locker buddy", my middle school crush (haha) and most of all my good friend. i will never forget cheering for you on the football field. carrie, mandy and i fighting over who could yell your name the loudest. ha ha. high school. you were such a great guy. you would do anything for anyone. when i saw you two weeks ago at the gym you were so funny! i'm glad we had that chance to catch up, although, like you said, in a small town you never miss anything anyone does!! i hope you knew how many people cared for you, and how much you are sure going to be missed! heaven definitely gained an angel on sunday (so did Giants fans everywhere). you'll forever be in my memories.

to the Cook family: stay strong in knowing how much your son impacted the lives of all those he met. he was a truly wonderful kind hearted man, the one whom you raised him to be. my deepest sympathy.

Billy Cook was a beloved friend and as close as family to those of us in downtown Rochester that knew him. My condolences go out to his family and loved ones in this time of tragedy. He will be sorely missed and always live out in our memories of him. He was a truly genuine human spirit who gave of himself without asking anything in return. I will always love you Billy.

To his family - Billy meant the world to me & those that knew him. When arrangements have been made, we will be there to pay our respects. All my condolences & best wishes-

-"Scuba" Steve Hildebrant
