Dear Ralph,
I am so sorry for your loss, I just found out through Judy Ruf. Your father was a wonderful man and did so much for the community. You and your family will be in our prayers.

Dear Ralph and Maria,
I will never forget your dad and will always remember him as the driving, energetic force behind the Italian American Community Center in Gates which he championed. I and my husband Mauro Ciardi met him in 1993 at which time he inspired us with his persistent and optimistic personality in believing we could build an IACC for our Italian community. Our dream came through mostly by following his tenatious phylosophy. We felt bad we could not be there at the time of his death as we were in Florida on vacation. Our prayers though are with him.
God bless,
Maria and Mauro Ciardi

My deepest sympathy goes to the DeStephano family. I just recently learned of his passing. I became very close to Ralph and Bette while working as manager of the Greece office of First National Bank. I was so glad to see them about 4 months ago at the Brook House. He will be truly missed and was a wonderful man.

I remember helping Ralph cater his meetings when i use to work at Pino's ten years ago and also taking care of him at Parkridge. He was an unforgetable man.

To the DeStephano Family; working with Ralph for more than 13 years on the DeStephano Golf Classic, and sharing time with him at various Unity Health System events allowed me to appreciate that he was much more than an asset to Unity and the community as a whole...Ralph was a true gentleman in everything he did, and for that above all else, I will miss him so very much. Certainly this loss to the DeStephano family is heartfelt by everyone who knew Ralph. With my deepest sympathy.

My deepest sympathy to the DeStephano family. My father, Tom Cerniglio passed away last July was Ralph's friend for many years and one of my father's favorite pastimes was to play cards with Ralph and the rest of their group at Oak Hill on Thursdays.

God must have needed help upstairs and he knew exactly who to call, that would be Ralph. We only met once, in ED, and I always considered myself lucky to have met him. Truly an inspiration even when he was not feeling well. What a guy - one of a kind. Condolences to family.

The Town of Greece has lost one of its most dynamic leaders. His successes are many and we are truly grateful for those accomplishments especially the founding of Park Ridge Hospital. We extend our sincere condolences to his family.

Ralph was truly one of a kind, he was the "Mayor of the Town of Greece". We came to know Ralph thru his son Ralph Jr. Ralph & I served on the Board of Directors of the Monroe County Water Authority for several years. He asked me to become one of the first members of the Park Ridge Foundation. He gave me his full support when I was President of the Greece Chamber of Commerece especially when we megered the Greece Business Mens Association and the Greece Chamber. We enjoyed playing in his golf tournament and attending his grandchildren's weddings.

I valued his friendship and his support of my community efforts. Our condolences to Ralph, Maria and his DeStephino grandchildren Ralph, John & Karen.
