Aunt Therese and all the Schicklers,
Uncle Gene was just that to the Atwells, an uncle, part of the family. We will miss him as part of our family but we will also remember him as such. Love to you all.

Gene will sadly be missed by our Euchre Club. He was a very strong player for the Chili FD Team - in the 4th Battalion Euchre League. You could always count on Gene no matter how bad the weather was to be ready to play tuesday nights in the winter. A night didn't go by that he didn't raz someone, but then follow it up with his friendly smile...a true friend.

We will sadly miss you buddy....

Dear Schicklers,
I just heard about Gene and wanted all of you to know how sorry I am, but how very blessed we were to have such proud, strong fathers. Fondest memories of "Mr. Schickler" and growing up on Wilelen Road will always be in my heart. Love you all.

My condolences to all the Schickler family. Having just lost my dad I can feel your pain. Mr Schickler was well loved and will be truly missed. It has been quite awhile since Amy's and my high school days, but happy memories never the less of the Schickler family.

Aunt Therese and the crew,
I'm so glad I got to see Uncle Gene at Mom's party. I'll always remember his easy smile and genuine interest when we talked. That and the stops at Annis Dairy. My heart goes out to the whole family.

Therese & Famly;
So sorry to hear of Gene's passing. I recall the time he came down here to Florida and we played golf and the good times that day. Always looked forward to seeing Gene whenever I got back to Rochester for a Chili FD function, he always had a smile and a good word to say. Our thoughts are with you.
