To My Dear Aunt Barb,
My Aunt, My Friend, we shared so many happy and sad times together, I was so looking forward to you coming to my sons wedding in September, we planned to have so much fun and catch up on each others lives during a Happy occasion, you will be there with me in my heart, I will dance for you and my mom, they will play your song from Journey and you will be remembered for the quiet kind, compassionate, caring and loving
sister, sister in law and aunt you were
I will cherish those last days we had together, you smiled and laughed more than you had in years. You were blessed with so many visitors, friends and co workers whom I came to know and trust, you were deeply loved and will be missed by many, I am at peace knowing you have safely joined your brothers and sisters and parents in the Lords Hands. We will meet again,
Love and Butterflies

Larry,
I am so sorry for your loss. Barb and I worked together for almost 20yrs @ Genesee Hospital and she was a "great" friend. We shared many happy and sad times together. She was an outstanding woman. Barb always had a good things to say about everybody and loved her dog and doing photography. I always loved it when I made her smile and we would share good times and bad days @ the hospital. I know she has her "angel" wings and is doing great things in heaven and is with her mom once again. My heart aches and I will miss her so very much. I only wish I did not loose contact with her after Genesee Hospital closed and I wish I could have said goodbye to her but in my heart she knows I love her. :)
God Bless

Larry and family I am deeply sorry to hear about your loss. May God be with you all during this time of grieving. Though it is hard to do at this point let your hearts feel joy in the knowledge that she is in a place with God where there is no pain, only true comfort. God bless all of you.

I have been blessed to have become a good friend to Barb. She listened to me in hard times and I listened to her in her times of distress. We shared midnight breakfasts at Ridgeview Restaurant after work,I drove her home after a long evening at the hospital, a trip to the doctor office, a visiit to my home to see the cats. She loved her dog as I loved my cats. When my parents died, she wrote me a beautiful long letter which was touching and comforting to me. She cared and knew how hard it is to lose a loved one. At her last days, I prayed with her, kissed her to greet her and she squeezed my hand hard so not to let go. The next day she was gone. I was so happy that I saw her daily. I have no regrets that I wasn't there for her. St. Ann chapel will say a mass for her on Sun. Oct 19 at 10am mass. She had more friends than she knew. She was loved more than she knew. May God bless her family at this difficult time. Love, Rita 4800
