Dear Norma, It is interesting how friends reenter your life. My niece is Patti Murray and she mentioned to me last week that Freddy was a patient and one of her favorites. I asked her to please send my prayers and best wishes. I am truly sorry to hear of his passing. I know that he will be missed by all those whose life he touched. I worked for Freddy at Southtown back in 82'. He also offered me a job when I moved to Florida in 86' and he had the store in West Palm Beach. My last name then was Green. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.
Warmest Wishes , Nancy

Dear Norma,
I was saddened to hear about Fred. He certainly was a big influence in my career. Fred hired me to work at Freddy's and I left Cleveland and moved first to Rochester and then Buffalo. While he was president it was a great company to for. I had many successes during my tenure at Freddy's and recall it as a good time in my life. I'll always be grateful for the opportunities he gave me.
Thinking of you.
Sincerely,

July 24, 2008
