Irondequoit. Tuesday, July 22, 2008. Died peacefully at home with her family at her side after a most courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by sisters Ruth, Helen & Esther, brothers George & Tom. Loving wife to husband of 53 years Edwin. Loving Mom to Patty (Tim) Smith, Jim (Debra Wisecup) Hartman, Kathy (David) Willis, sweetest grandmother to Courtney, Amanda & Blair Smith, Carley,Sarah & Abbygael Hartman & Hannah Willis; sister, to Jody Baldwin & Jill Tompkins, also many nieces, nephews, friends and her Bridge Group.
Special thanks to Lifetime Hospice Care, especially Linda Schmidt and Yolanda, also special caregivers Cathleen, Ginny and Barb.
The family will receive friends (TODAY) Thursday 5-8 pm at the funeral home. Friends are invited to meet the family Friday 9:30 am at Christ the King Church for her Memorial Mass. Interment at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Judes Place Memphis, TN 38105.

DEAR ED,
I'M SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT MARY. I AM IN FLORIDA NOW, BUT JOANIE, FROM THE HAIR SALON, TOLD ME OF HER PASSING. MY PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. MARY WAS A DEAR PERSON AND WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED.
