Eleanor Palumbo Obituary
(Vaccaro)
Irondequoit. After a short illness, Wednesday, July 23, 2008, at the age of 96 1/2. Predeceased by her first husband Nuncio Vaccaro and her second husband Michael Palumbo and great-grandson Jacob C. Vaccaro. Eleanor is survived by her children, Grace Morgana, Louise (Richard) Gary, Charles (Mary) Vaccaro, James (Marilyn) Vaccaro and Frank (Mary Ann) Vaccaro; 3 step-children; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; brother-in-law James (Andrea) Vaccaro; nieces and nephews.
No prior visitation. Friends are invited to meet the family Monday, 11:00am at Christ the King Church for her funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to a charity of choice.

Eleanor Palumbo was a wonderful Great Grandmother to me. I will always remember her and keep the teddy bear I recieved at the funeral close to me and close to my heart as I sleep at night. She will never be forgotten.
