Musson, Leland A. "Lee"
Gates: Age 84, On July 26, 2008. Predeceased by his wife, Josephine and brother, Harold. Survived by his sister, Winifred (John) Delehanty; brother, Russell (Sharon); special friend, Jean Grace; many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews; and dear niece, Kathleen (Delehanty) Jackson.
Cpl. Musson landed at Normandy on "D" Day, June 6, 1944 and further served in Northern France earning Two Battle Stars, and a Bronze Arrowhead. Lee was a longtime member of American Legion Post 468. His Normandy partner, Bill Steinenger and cousin WWII Navy Vet, Walter Scott shared many years of memories together. Lee retired from Taylor Instrument, and was an avid Yankee fan.
Friends may call Tuesday 4-6 PM @ the James R. Gray Funeral Home, 1530 Buffalo Rd. @ Howard. Relatives & Friends are welcome to meet at the front gate to White Haven Memorial Park Wednesday 11 AM for Lee's Farewell Salute. In lieu of flowers please donate in Lee's memory to his favorite charity "CARES" (Committee to Aid Research to End Schizophrenia) PO BOX 650, Pittsford, NY 14534.
