Helen Lesyk Obituary
Santa Fe, CA: Passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 25, 2008. Her adoring husband of 65 years, William "Bill" Lesyk was by her side. Elsie was born on January 29, 1919 in Rochester, New York where she lived until five years ago when she and Bill moved to California to be closer to her two children. She loved life and was devoted to her family. Elsie is fondly remembered for the strength of her personality, her generosity to family and friends, her quick wit, her excellent putting on the golf course, and her culinary prowess. Elsie is survived by her husband, Bill Lesyk; her daughter and son-in-law Lynne and Steve Heidel; her son Terry Lesyk and his partner Michael Markwell, three grandchildren and their spouses as well as three great-grandchildren.
Condolences may be sent to Bill, in care of Lynne Heidel, P.O. Box 1738 Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067.
