Peter McGill Obituary
Rochester: Passed away August 5, 2008, at age 51. Predeceased by his father, Thomas McGill and sister, Beverly McGill. He is survived by his mother, Rose McGill; brother & sister-in-law, Thomas & Danielle McGill; nephews, Tom & Chris McGill; dear friends, Mike Robinson, Mark Strassner & Scott Swinehart; many other friends and co-workers.
Pete's Memorial Service will be held in the Interfaith Chapel of Miller Funeral Homes, 3325 Winton Rd. S. on Thursday at 7 PM. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. To email a message of condolence please visit Pete's guestbook at:

peter was a long time friend of mine. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. Pete and I raced together for many years, he was very fast ! Pete even worked with me as a carpet and flooring installer for about 4 years, he always had an attraction to tools. Pete learned fast.
I remember one race about twenty-five years ago (maybe thirty-five) which I still have on super-8. Pete stalled his cr125 on the line in Macedon, by the second lap he had passed me and went on to win that moto and the over-all.
I won't forget him.
