Dear Maier Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I can't imagine your pain and confusion at this time. I wish I could be with you to support you in some way. Since you always treated me like family, Timmy was like a brother to me. I have lots of fun memories of him while spending time with your whole family; at your house, driving to Florida, on the boat out on the Lake, playing football on the backyard...we all had lots of fun. I will keep you all in my prayers. God bless you

I want to express how sorry I am to hear about Tim. It seemed that every time I was in town I'd run in to him, I'm sad to know that won't happen anymore. Tim was a great guy with a big heart and always
seemed to have a smile for you no matter what the situation. He will be missed by all!

Job 19, 25

I, for my part, know that my Redeemer lives
that He, at last, will rise on the earth.
After I wake up, he will make me stand next to Him,
and, in my flesh, I shall see God.
The One I shall see shall be for me,
the One I shall look upon will not be a stranger.

I am very sorry to hear about your loss. I apologize about not coming to the funeral home, but it has been too short of a time since my son passed. We were at the same place in December.
Lisa, my condolences to you and your son and daughters. I'm sure as time goes by it will be a little easier on all your hearts. God bless you all.

Timmy-
I'm going to miss your smile and hugs the most, glad I was fortunate enough to receive both often and also recently. What great memories as teenagers, who would think we would all be fond of memories inside a sewer?? I drive over your "red fish" (St Paul/Norton intersection) in the pavement everyday on my way to work and think of you. I remember the day you told me what a pain it was to create it, but you were so proud of how it came out - me too! I never did get to make you your tunamelt, I regret that. To Mrs. Maier, my mom said to make sure you knew Timmy always took the time to chat and give her a smile when we ran into him - he made her feel special. My sympathy to your family and children, we will all miss you .....

My heart goes out in deepest sympathy to the whole family. He was a very special fun loving person. He had a great smile and twinkle in his eye, much like his Dad's. I was lucky to have known him.

I have known you my friend for 40 plus years. First neighbors, then buddies, then the best of all friends. We played hard as kids through are formidable years, whether fishing or golfing or baseball and beers. We never had hatred or vengeance with each other, we were the closest of friends, and one might think we were brothers.

Our paths were at times parallel, though through the years became diverted, I never did think though my friend had deserted. I knew this was true whenever we met face-to-face; it was always met with a handshake, a smile and an embrace. I now know you can gage a friendship through these simplest of tasks, I never knew it till now -- as the moment has past.

I’ll miss you my friend, I can’t believe you are gone, what’s happened to you is incredibly wrong. One day will meet again though in a much better place, I look forward to the handshake, the smile and embrace.
