Amarosa, Anna (Colucci)
Little Falls, NY: Age 88, of Little Falls, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2008, at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Anna is survived by her children and their families, Harriet (Guido "Sonny") DeLuisi of Little Falls, The Honorable Louis E. (Ellen) Amarosa of Churchville, NY, and Linda L. (Albert) Schaefer of Hamburg, NY; her six grandchildren; and her eleven great-grandchildren. Survivors also include many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and sister-in-law, Vera LoRocco of FL. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 59 yrs., Eugene J. "Gino" Amarosa; her brother and sister-in-law, Martin, Sr. and Fannie Colucci; her sister and brother-in-law, Rose and Emilio DeMarco; and her in-laws, Carmen Amarosa, Louis Amarosa, Anthony and Ann Amarosa, Peter LoRocco, and Dominick "Dick" and Maryanne Collea.
Funeral Services: Thursday morning at 11:30 at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel/Blessed Sacrament Parish, 648 Jay St., Utica, where her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Please consider memorial contributions in Anna's honor to the American Heart Association. Inurnment will take place in St. Agnes Cemetery. Dear Harriet and family,

I'm so sorry to hear about your mom's passing. It doesn't matter what the age or that they have lived a long, full life. It is still a loss. May you be comforted by the fact thta she is in Jesus' hands with your dad now.
