LaKota, Eleanor D.
West Irondequoit: Sunday, August 10, 2008 at the age of 85. Predeceased by her husband Michael; daughter-in-law, Ivy LaKota; sister, Mary Jane Cator; brother, Michael Richards Sr. and Charles Richards. Mrs. LaKota is survived by her daughter, Rita (Richard) Kotwas; Michael LaKota Jr.; grandchildren, Karen (Joseph) Mazzara, Craig Kotwas, Scott (Rebecca) Kotwas, Katharine, Ethan, Andrew LaKota; great grandchildren, Matthew and Andrew Mazzara, Daniel Kotwas; sisters, Patricia Franklin, Jeanette Marzano, Myrtle Richard of Fl.; sister-in-law, Ann Rogers; many nieces and nephews.
Her family will receive friends THURSDAY 4-7 pm at the funeral home. Where a panachyda service will be held at 4pm. Friends are invited to meet the family FRIDAY 10:00 AM at ST. THOMAS THE APOSTLE CHURCH for her funeral service. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd., Fairport, NY 14450.

Everyone should have a Aunt Eleanor. I have been so blessed that she was a part of my life. She was the most generous person I know . I will miss her very much.
