Richard Johnson Obituary
West Brighton: On August 13, 2008, at age 81. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Thelma "Mickey" Johnson; children, Tim Johnson, Elizabeth Erbland, Jean (John) Platt; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; nieces, nephews; and many dear friends. Richard retired from RG&E after 31 years. He was a member of The Commerical Travelers and Mumford Sports Club, 40 & 8, Past Commander of the American Legion Vlahos Mertz Post #1353.
Family and friends are invited to call at Miller Funeral Homes, Inc., (3325 Winton Rd. South) on Friday 2-4, 7-9 PM. Richard's Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Interfaith Chapel at Miller Funeral Homes, on Saturday at 11 AM. Interment Private. To Grandma and our family:
Grandpa will be so greatly missed. What a good man, he changed our world and left it a better place.
May we all find comfort in knowing he is resting in God's arms and free of pain.
