Irondequoit: August 13, 2008, age 95. Predeceased by her husband, Laurence; daughter, Joan Loik; son, Ralph ; grandson, Richard Vito; sister,Connie Guagliardo and brothers, Peter and Frank DelVecchio; beloved mother of Angela (John) Vito, Sr. and Dr. Anthony (Jean) Barbato of Chicago, IL.; 17 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; sister of Theresa Mingoia, Fannie (Al) Pelligrini of CA., Rose Scarfia, Angelo DelVecchio of CA. and George DelVecchio; mother-in-law of Connie Barbato and Mario Loik; many nieces, nephews, cousins; the Gearens in Chicago and many dear friends. She was a member of the Young At Heart Club at St. Cecilia's Church.
No calling hours. Mary's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday 10:30 AM at St. Cecilia's Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make contributions to a charity of your choice in her memory. Arrangements Dierna Funeral Home.
