Richard Greeley Obituary
Rochester: August 15, 2008. Richard is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Barbara; daughter, Dawn (Mark) Lodato; sons, Scott & Wade; brothers, James & Ernest; 7 grandchildren & 1 great-grandchild. Richard was active for many years with the Boy Scouts of America.
The family will receive friends to share memories MONDAY from 3-7 PM at CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, 495 N. Winton Rd. (between Browncroft & Humboldt), where a funeral service will be held on TUESDAY at 11 AM. Private interment. For those wishing, please consider honoring Richard with a donation to American Heart Association (P.O. Box 3049, Syracuse, NY 13220). Online Condolences welcomed at:

My favorite memory of Richard, was when they came down to North Carolina to visit us. We took them to a Nascar Race, which we had a ball, Tailgating, and thanks to Barb we were able to get a great parking spot right next to the track. My reget is richard and I never were able to go Ice fishing , I always teased him about taking me. If I persisted I'm sure he would of done it, But probably would have chalked it up to a blow off day. I'll miss him, and my thoughts and prayers are with the family. Susan Greeley

To the Richard Greeley Family,
My sympathy to you on the loss of Richard.
My parents Francis and Catherine Casey were personal friends of Richard's parents.
Richard and his brother Jim were in the National Guard at the same time I was in the 1960's.
Richard was a fine gentlemen.
I am sorry I can not be able to be In Rochester to attend Richard's services.
My prayers are with you at this difficult time.
