Armstrong, James A.
Greece: Monday, August 18, 2008 at the age of 68. Loving Husband, Father and Pa. Predeceased by his son, Craig. Survived by his wife of 39 years, Carol; son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Sara; precious grandchildren, Jacob Craig and Julianne; brother-in-law, Steve (Lois) Andrews of NJ; mother-in-law, Anne Andrews; nephews, Mark (Jan) Andrews, Paul (Laurie) Andrews; niece, Kim (Joe) Guaimano; and many cherished friends including, Richard Patrone and Don Scott. He was a retiree of Eastman Kodak. Jim will be remembered for his love of family, fishing and hunting.
Friends may call Thursday 4-8 PM at Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home, 777 Long Pond Road (between English and Latta). On Friday, please join the family for his Funeral Mass at St. Lawrence Church at 10 AM. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jim's memory to Northwest YMCA, c/o Debbie Duffy, 730 Long Pond Road, 14612.

Jim was someone I looked forward to seeing everyday I worked at the YMCA. He was always ready to make me laugh or even give encouragement if needed. Jim was a very special person and I will miss him dearly.
