Greece: August 19, 2008. Predeceased by his mother, Doris, August 13, 2008. Survived by his sons, Shawn and Chris Brooks and by Claire Ann Brooks; step-daughters, Chandra Gray, Erin Gray and Lindsay Lohman. Predeceased by his step-son, Travis Gray; also survived by Diane Cropsey; step-daughters, Erica and Hayleigh Cropsey and Ashley; 21 grandchildren; brothers, Ronald (Evie) and Gregory (Kathy); sisters, Maryanne (Dan) Turpyn, Lynn (Vince) Rogonese.
Friends may attend his Funeral Mass 11 AM Saturday at Our Mother of Sorrows Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, 2652 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY 14626. Arrangements

I worked at Associated Brands with John and was pleased to call him

Greg and family:
I am shocked and deeply saddened to see that John has pased away. Although I have not seen John in many years I always really liked him. It is so hard to lose your Mom but then to lose John at the same time...is unthinkable. Please know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers at this diffcult time.
