Katie Fields Obituary
Naples-Prattsburgh: Age 10, died accidentally on Sept. 4, 2008. Survived by her mother Lisa Marie Fields, father Jeremy Robert Fields, sister Rickessa Leigh Fields, and brother Jonathan Robert Fields; many other family members.
Friends may call from 1-2 on Sunday at the Cohocton Assembly of God, Rt. 415 in Cohocton, with services held at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, because of Katie's love for animals, donations to Humane Society, 2976 County Rd. 48, Canandaigua, NY 14424. Arrangements by the Baird-Moore Funeral Home in Naples.

Katie,
Its been a year since that dreadful day but I relive it atleast weekly, if not more so. You are sadly missed, words fail to express the loss we've all endured. As you know, I take you with me everywhere I go. The horses miss you so much, I can feel it when I work with them. I truly hope you are running with the wild horses and I hope its all you imagined it would be. One day you and I will share that passion and ride together again. Until then remember I love you and miss you terribly. Stay gorgeous kiddo.

My deepest condolences go out to you at this time. Katie was a ball of light. Her love for her family, friends, animals, and life could be seen from miles away. She was a joy to be around and would bring a smile to anyone's face. The summer that I got the chance to get to know Katie was amazing, and the memories will always remain in my heart. Your family will stay in my thoughts and prayers.

AS I entered Cohocton AG on Sunday. I was amazed on the people that came to be with you and your family to celebrate Katie's life. So many lives that little girl touched. She was so full of life ALL the time. The stories of those that knew her will forever ring in my ears. I love you all so much and will miss seeing her at church and around town. The last time I saw Katie was at Jane's Arbonne party where I applied make-up to her already naturally beautiful face! Her smile welcomed me even though she couldn't remember me from babysitting her when she was just a baby. She was charming and had an electric personality! I cannot stop thinking about the loss of Katie Lyn and how tragic it is. Even though I may not have been close to Katie since she was a baby my heart is breaking for you and your family!
