Spencerport: Sunday, September 7, 2008. Predeceased by his parents, Steve and Frances Mucha. He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Cindy (Maier); daughter, Tracy (Frank Mahns) Mucha; sister, Marion Goebel; brothers, Frank (Lorraine), Terry, Mark (Diane) and Michael Mucha; mother and father-in-law, William and Joan Maier; brothers-in-law, Jim (Deb), Tom (Sharon), and Tim Maier; several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and nephews and great-grandnieces and nephews; dear friends, Rick & Patty Grogg, Bob & Debbie McCurdy, Norm & Patty Bergeson, Mark & Cheryl Lawson and "the old Elmgrove Inn gang".
The family wishes to extend a thank you to the caring staff at Strong Memorial Hospital (Wing 6-3400) and a special thanks to Dr. Haas.
No prior calling hours. Family and friends are invited to celebrate his Memorial Mass Thursday, September 11th at 11 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church in Spencerport. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. To share a special memory, please visit:

To my Great Uncle I love U and will miss u deeply! I love u for the man that u proved to be&the man u instilled in my father(Richard). Even though time passes and we don't always see eachother u have touched my llife in a way that u never new and I am sorry that i didn't get the chance to tell you. Thank you for loving me for me. You held the Goebel and Mucha family together for so many years as our back bone. you will be forever missed never forgotten.
