Dear Anthony,
We went to see you today to say goodbye for now . We are moving down south, where I know you loved. I know you will always continue to be with us in spirit , to love us, protect us and guide us. This goodbye was as painful as the last though. I miss you terribly and as Tony used to say, "My heart cracks". We all miss you and love you. So I ask this of you, allow us this life we deserve of happiness, no more sadness or despair. Watch over us and guide us to the happy life that we need. We will always honor your spirit as you have seen from heaven. Bless this family, this union, this marriage with health, happiness, strength and longevity as it would have been had you not been called Home. Keep your sprit close and bless us with your kindness and love.
I looked out on the ocean last week and thought of you . I thought about how big this world is and with all of its vastness, I found you and you me, and the blessings we were given for that chance encounter changed our worlds. Thank you for the gifts of Tony and Lily...both gave me life when the quietness of your voice leaving this earth became overwhelming . They will go on to do great things , just wait. And thank you for allowing me, insisting that I allow myself to be loved again. Another gift you gave me.
So again, please stay close and keep us safe and happy. I will miss seeing you but promised the kids we would find a special place on the ocean to always remember you.
I love you. I miss you.

I can't tell you enough how long I've been wanting to tell you I miss you. Every year on April 20th I think about that date in 2006. Sitting together at the ECP in Iraq, how excited you were about the birth of your first child, little Tony. I only knew you for that short time we served together over there but you made a huge impact on my life. We immediately clicked and you became a big brother to me. I can't thank you enough for that. I think about you all the time, specially when I hear Def Leppard. We used to jam out like crazy to them. Save me a seat up there man.
Kristi- I know you don't know me but you actually called me after Tony passed. I've been trying forever to find you on FB but to be honest, I couldn't remember your first name. I would greatly appreciate if you could get ahold of me. I'd love to come up and visit Tonys grave site. 989-493-1645. Take care of yourself and the kids!

It's been almost 4 1/2 years. I still miss you the same as the day you died. You will always be my love. Sometimes I still feel your hands touching my back. Sometimes I wake up in the night crying from a dream, a reality that pains my heart still as if I just last touched you. Thank you for helping us get through this journey. It has not been easy. Many just don't know what to say. Some feel it has been long enough. But I will miss you deeply until the day we reunite. Please watch over us. Keep us safe. Keep us loved. We always talk about you. We always love you. You were my soul mate. "So far away from where you are. These miles have torn us worlds apart. And I miss you. And I wish you were here."
Love Always,
Your wife Kristi

Anthony,
I miss you so much! The kids miss you and talk about you every day. I tell them stories about you each night to help them fall asleep.
Tony will start school tomorrow. I know you will be sitting beside him on his first day on the bus. He reminds me so much of you. He looks just like you and has a kind a beautiful heart and soul! Lily is a little wild girl who misses her daddy and she is pulling at your heart strings I am sure. You would be in absolute love with these two just as I am.
I remember this day so vividly 3 years ago. And each time I remember it, my heart breaks all over as if it were just a moment ago. I cannot believe that you are really gone at times. I love you so much Anthony. I miss you.
So far away from where you are. These miles have torn us worlds apart. And I miss you. And I wish you were here.
Loving you always,
Your wife,
Kristi

Anthony,
Joe Kinney and I were just talking about you the other day. You are and will continue to be in our hearts and minds. It is hard to believe 1,095 days has passed; you are still missed as if it were 1 day. I know you have a great view of all of us and I can only imagine how proud you are of your family.
You are missed and never forgotten,
Chris

Anthony,
It has been two years. And I miss you more each day. I wish time would make it easier, but it does not. It has been so long since I have hugged you, kissed you and heard your beautiful voice.
The kids are wonderful. They are the best gift that you could have ever given me. They love you and miss you so much too! Tony prays to you and Lily has asked, "Mama, where is daddy? Where did he go?" They both know that we have a special angel watching over us and protecting us.
I miss you. I love you.
Your wife forever,
Kristi

My love,
I miss you so terribly. My heart aches.
It feels like the first day all over again. You are so far away; and the only one who could possibly ease this pain.
I love you.
I miss you.

Something I wrote while thinking of Anthony and Debra.......(for Kristi)
Tears just change
it's not that the sorrow becomes less with time
just the tears become something different
though the friendship and love shall always be there
we know we'll walk our journey with only their shadow
the tears don't go away they just change
we still know their love and it remains
for nothing can take away all that we had
we'll just wipe'm away until next time they appear
the heart knows its never to be quite the same
and anguish will find us from the smallest reminders
yet our heart's love knows we'll be able to give more
it's the treasure they gave us that makes it so
the tears don't go away they just change
we still know their love and it remains
for nothing can take away all that we had
we'll just wipe'm away until next time they appear
we'll listen and think and find more sorrows
when we hear the songs shared during loving times
yet had we not known such friendship and true love
we would never have known such joyful abandon
the tears don't go away they just change
we still know their love and it remains
for nothing can take away all that we had
we'll just wipe'm away until next time they appear
there'll come a time we might find something new
doesn't mean we ever should merely let go
what we had and treasured as so dear
those before would wish us to accept
the tears don't go away they just change
we still know their love and it remains
for nothing can take away all that we had
we'll just wipe'm away until next time they appear
the tears don't go away they just change
we still know their love and it remains
for nothing can take away all that we had
it lets us show we still feel their love

Anthony,
It has been 6 months. The kids and I talk about you everyday. We talk about the happy times. We talk about things you would do and say. Tony is just like you. Handsome, hilarious and sweet. Lily ..you never got to hold her, kiss her beautiful little mouth. Your heart would melt. She takes my breath away. They are such a wonderful addition to the world! They will go on to do great things in this world. You will be proud of us.
I have been blessed to have you in my life. Still none of this makes sense. I don't understand any of this still. And I have come to the conclusion that I may never understand it.
And it is not fair to anyone who knew and loved you. Especially the kids. But you will always be in our lives.
More than you can imagion, I love and miss you. There are no words that are deep enough to explain how much I miss you.....
Forever your loving wife....

To Tony's family,
I was shocked and saddened when I just recently heard of Tony's passing. We ran cross country together in high school, and although I'd lost touch with him since, he was a great friend and a huge part of my life. I often fondly recall all the laughs and adventures we shared.

I will always remember Tony as a great friend and a great person with giant heart. Everyone who knew him at K&L will agree there was no one else more eager to see how your day was going or if there was anything he could do to help. I am extremely sad to hear of his passing and will miss him very much.

Pennies From Heaven
I found a penny today,
just laying on the ground.
But it is not just a penny,
this little coin I found.
Found pennies come from heaven,
thats what my Grandpa told me.
He said Angels toss then down,
oh how I loved that story.
He said when an Angel misses you,
they toss a penny down.
Sometimes just to cheer you up,
make a smile out of your frown.
So don't pass by that penny
when you're feeling blue.
It may be a penny from heaven,
that an Angel's tossed to you.

All who knew Tony, probably heard him tell stories in tandem with Dan B.
They both could never get through a story without laughing and finishing the sentences the other started. It was always a treat to witness genuine friendship unfolding in such an intertwined way as it is a rare and priceless gift. Tony grew more and more into a mature and honorable guy since I knew him, and since we both traveled to other lands, I kept up with his endeavers through mutual friends. My family and I were lucky to have his positive energy rain down over us all through the years and we are all sorry to hear that such a young man has left the world so soon in his journey, but we are all lucky that his path crossed ours and touched us all with his smile, his honesty, and his courage. My heart goes out to those he has left behind. Love and Light to you all, amy rae

Dear Kristan,
My daughter, Amy Rae Masters, was a friend of Dan Bellitera and Tony. Amy lives in California, so when she got together with Dan and Tony it was often at our house, while visiting the east coast. I was sorry to hear of your loss. There was usually a lot of laughter when Dan and Tony stopped by. Good luck with little Tony and future Lily Rose.
