Olena Urban Obituary
Irondequoit: Monday, September 8, 2008 at age 87 after a short illness. Predeceased by husband, John Urban and daughter, Karen Cammarata. She is survived by her son, Leslie (Linda) Urban and daughter, Nancy (Roger) Schwind; brother, Dr. Stephen (Jane) Mayka; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews & loving friends.
Family and friends may call Friday, September 12th, 5-8 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, 10 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 1089 Joseph Avenue. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Sorry about your loss. I spent many days at Les's house when we were kids. Your mom was fun and loved to laugh. May the Lord comfort you, bless you and give you peace.

I close my eyes at night...
and guess what I see?
I see your big, bright smile
shining down on me.
I know you're here with me
for now and forevermore,
but still I ask myself:
God, what did you take her for?
I can't quit thinking of you,
I think I'm going insane.
I wish you were here with me,
I know you could ease my pain.
I must keep saying to myself:
You're in God's arms now,
and I know in my heart
I'll see you someday, somehow.
