I was the little blond girl who grew up across the street from the Vernile family. In many ways they were both like my second parents... always watching out for me. My deepest sympathy to both of you Sandra & Stephanie. Diane Cubiotti (Birch)

There is a time for all things to happen. On Sept 4th, 2008 my grandfather made history. It was his time to go home and be with the Lord Jesus Christ. He is now praising God with his wife (Stella) and his daughter (Patricia)whom he missed and loved so much!!! He will always be in my thoughts and memories to pass on to my children. He was a man of God and loved to serve him. My grandfather was a great hero and a father figure to me as I grew up and still will be someone I look up to as a role model in life. I love him so much and will always miss him, but I know that He is in a better place where no more suffering and pain happens. He is healed and with OUR MAKER! I am reminded that GOD only allows things to happen for a certain reason and sometimes that reason is not so clear but that is where our FAITH comes in to trust that what happens is for HIS honor and glory. I trust God that HIS will was done in the passing of my grandfather and so I give all the praise to GOD because I know that I will see him again someday. I love you GRANDPA and ALWAYS will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
