Philip Gray Obituary

Gray, Philip M.
Rochester: Passed away on September 12, 2008. Phil is predeceased by his loving wife Theresa R. (LaCava) Gray; brother Michael & sister Mary. Phil is survived by his adoring children, Carol Ann (Roger "Buz") Cox & John (Deborah) Gray; grandchildren, Betsy (Joshua) Murray, Lauren (Kevin) Moravec and Ashley Gray; great-grandchild Leah Murray; several nieces , nephews and many dear friends. Phil was a United States Army Veteran of World War II, and a Past Commander of the American Legion William W. Doud Post No. 98, and a Past President of the William W. Doud Post No. 98 Corporation. Phil's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the caring and compassionate staff and volunteers at Sunset House; and to the clergy, staff and members of the Sacred Heart Cathedral Community. BARTOLOMEO & PEROTTO Funeral Home, Inc., 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 & Long Pond Rd.) where Phil's visitation will be Friday September 19, 2008 2-4 & 7-9. Prayers for Phil will be on Saturday 9:30 AM at the Funeral Home followed by his Funeral Mass to be celebrated 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Cathedral. Phil's entombment will follow in All Seasons Chapel Mausoleum at White Haven Memorial Park. Those wishing may contribute to Sunset House 3746 St. Paul Blvd., Rochester, NY 14617 or to Sacred Heart Cathedral, 296 Flower City Park, Rochester, NY 14615 in Phil's memory.
