Francis Genecco Obituary

Genecco, Francis R.
Canandaigua: Sept. 20, 2008, age 77. He is survived by his devoted wife of 54 years, Mary (Zanche) Genecco; 5 children, David Genecco, Anne (Peter) Nickerson, Nancy (Jerry) Tirabassi, Paul (SuAnn) Genecco, Tom Genecco; 8 grandchildren, Sarah, Frank, Amelia, Leo and Lily Genecco, Stephanie Nickerson, Kathryn and Timothy Tirabassi; 2 brothers, Vincent (Anita) Genecco, Leo Genecco Jr. (Susan Ferraglio); sister, Carol (Tom) Bir; and a large circle of extended family & friends. He was predeceased by his daughter-in-law, Francine (Ruschak) Genecco in 2001.
Friends may call Monday from 2-4 and 6-9 at Johnson-Kennedy Funeral Home, Inc. 47 N. Main St., Canandaigua. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 10:00 AM at St. Mary's Church, 95 N. Main St., Canandaigua. Entombment will be in White Haven Memorial Park, Perinton. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Ontario-Yates Hospice, 756 Pre-Emption Rd., Geneva, NY 14456, St. Vincent dePaul Society, 95 N. Main St., Canandaigua, NY 14424 or St. Mary's School, 16 Gibson St., Canandaigua, NY 14424.
