Pittsford: September 19, 2008, suddenly at age 27. Devin is survived by his father and mother, Dr. Daniel A. and Shelly Caccamise; brothers, Glenn Caccamise and Troy Tette; sisters, Lesli Blanchard (fiancé Scott Tarkington), Tiffany (Michael) Drabek and Kimberly Caccamise (Elizabeth Clottin); niece, Jacquie Nelson; nephews, Gabriel, Caleb and Nicolas Drabek; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Devin will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him and got to experience the joy and happiness he brought everywhere he went. He will forever be in our hearts and minds.
Friends may call Tuesday, 1- 6 PM at the funeral chapel (2305 Monroe Ave.). Friends are invited to bring a written memory or favorite photo of Devin for the family's Memory Book. A Celebration of Devin's life will be held Wednesday, 2:00 PM at Locust Hill Country Club, 2000 Jefferson Rd. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be directed to the Al Sigl Center, 1000 Elmwood Ave. Rochester NY 14620.

I send my belated condolences for the passing of Devin. I just noticed his passing on Facebook and was shocked. I went to school with Devin, starting in the Brighton system and later graduated from McQuaid with him in 1999. We'd fallen out of touch since graduating, but I'll always remember his immense creativity. He will be missed.

To lose a brother is always difficult, I lost one when I was 17, suddenly, and of course I lost a son last year. I am speechless. I thought Devin was a kind & wonderful young man. He always treated everyone with gentleness & respect. His bright smile brought the sun in everywhere he went. We moved along together from Turbo Tax to Cox & I will miss him deeply. To his family, I lost my father 8 years ago, I promise it gets easier but not at all times. Enjoy the good memories, weep when you need to, you will be together with him again & that will be a joyous thing.

I had the pleasure to work with Devin these past few years, and as one of my supervisors, he was always a fair and honest person. I will miss him greatly, miss our discussions, and miss the fact that he would laugh at my jokes.

This is crazy i just learned today about what happend, ive been out of work sick :( i have no clue who I am goin to complain about work to. Who else can i bug about going home early. This is going to be very hard to get over. You were a great person and I'm glad i got to meet you although you thought my name was Sara the first few weeks working together :). This is one happening that will take a long time to heal if it does at all. Devin is by far one of the coolest people I have met. It is very hard knowing someone so well and having their physical presence suddenly gone. His amazing personality and wit will be forever remembered. My positive thoughts and energy go out to Devin's entire family. Daniel and Shelly are great people who raised a unique and wonderful son. Unfortunately I will not be able to attend services because of my current location. Mees will be missed.

This news is so shocking to me. Devin worked at Sutherland, I remembered him as being a fun, happy and loveable person. From the first day I met him handing him his check, he always wore a smile on his face. This year he was my daughter's coach on Cox Communications and she always spoke highly of him.
