Paradise Valley, AZ: September 26, 2008. Predeceased by parents, Myra & Jack Slater. Survived by wife, Barbara; son, Daniel (Shelyn) Slater; daughter, Marcy (Gregg) Sherman; sister, Linda (Gary) Tobin and 6 beloved grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11AM on Thursday, October 2nd at Mt. Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, Research Grants Program, 2141 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 7000, El Segundo, CA 90245, www.pancan.org. Wendy and I send our deepest sympathy to you and your family. How fondly I remember our years of friendship in Rochester. I felt very close to you and Marty and am thankful we where able to spend some time together during our recent visit in Scottsdale.
