Winifred Kearney Obituary
(Meagher)
Penfield: Died September 28, 2008 at age 90. Predeceased by her loving husband of 63 years, Jack in 2007. Winifred is survived by her children, John (Jeanie), Dennis (Randy), Sister Jody Kearney RSM, Mary Catherine (Christopher) Levitt & Patrick (Anne); grandchildren, John & Gretel Kearney, Harrison Okan, Patrick, Lillian, Winifred Rose Levitt, Nathan & Braedan Kearney; brother-in-law, Richard (Peggy); beloved nieces & nephews.
Her vibrant personality, gentle spirit and good natured Irish wit will be greatly missed by her friends and family alike.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, October 1, 2008, 4-7 PM at Sisters of Mercy Motherhouse, 1437 Blossom Road where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the chapel on Thursday at 10:30 AM. Interment, White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may consider a donation to the Sisters of Mercy, 1437 Blossom Road, Rochester 14610. My deepest sympathy goes out to all of the Kearney children. I remember all of those Eber Brothers picnics with our parents and all of us "kids" having a great time. I'm sure that Jackie, Todd, Lisa, and Kelly will want me to send their condolences as well.

I do remember Winnie Kearney... our days at St., Joseph's School and Church bring back many fond memories of that time and place..
