Oh Sam, you will be missed so much. Our prayers are with the entire family as we all mourn this deep, deep loss. What a great cousin! Thank you for always showing such enthusiasm for life. Thank you for teaching me to tie my shoes when I was five years old and we were living on the Rochester Road. Thank you for doing my hair for my wedding. Thank you for welcoming Bryan to the family with such warmth and love. You were like a big brother to me. We will miss you dearly, but we're sure your laughter is making heaven a better place. We know you'll continue to send your love to us from above. Love, Donna and Bryan

Though it has been many years since we have seen each other, like all the rest of your friends and family have said, "You were one great man" East Rochester, N.Y. has lost another great alumni. To your brother Tom, your mother and children, and the rest of the family, my thoughts and prayers are with all of you. May God Bless each and everyone.

Dear Ones,
It is so hard to say good-bye to our friends from our youth. East Rochester was and still is a close knit family and school friends were the best. We all have wonderful memories of Sam and school days. And to his children your dad was a great guy and had so many friends in school....he will long be remembered. I am so sorry for sorrow

Sam,
We had 13 years of laughs and fun at Designers III. I will treasure all of them, especially all the advice on vitamins, doctors, cures, politics and you name it. I will miss your view on this years president race. I only wish you knew the cure for cancer since it took you much to early in life as it did my husband. Maybe you can tell my husband I am doing OK now that you are up in heaven with him.
It has been my pleasure knowing you personally and working for Designers III and staff.
My sincere condolences to Mary, Shari, Jared and Jamin.
Love to all.....

Uncle Sam was such a great father, uncle, and man. I have so many memories of him from when I was a child...including the days that I spent in his chair at the salon. He always made me laugh and teased me when he could...all in fun. I will miss him very much, but he will always be in my heart and thoughts. May you rest in peace Uncle Sam...I love you and will truly miss you everyday!
To Jaimon & Jared, you know I love you and will always be there for you if you need me. We have been through a lot together over our lifetime and I know this is a very difficult time for you both.
To Mary and the rest of the Farchione family, my heart goes out to you and I pray you all get through this difficult time.

Sam was a special cousin, his presence in our family will be deeply missed. Everytime he was up in New York he always made a point of stopping over to Arlene and Rick's house. He always made us feel like little princesses when sitting in the shop on Fairfax Street, waiting our turn to get our hair cut by Cousin Sam. Our hearts and prayers are with all of you and wish that I could be there for you right now.
