John Mlynar Obituary
Lyons: Age 73, of Sunset Dr., died unexpectedly Thursday, October 9, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Adele, of 42 years; daughter, Janice (Rev. Tim) Andrews; son, John Paul (Elisa) Mlynar; 4 grandchildren; sister, Helen Duga.
Family and friends may call on Sunday (Oct. 12) from 3 to 6 pm at the Weeks-Keysor Funeral Homo, 5 Phelps St., Lyons. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday (Oct. 13) at 1 pm at the Woodlane Community Church, Newark.

I was Judy Fletcher's pastor at the United Church in Marion for eleven years. During that time, she often spoke of how much she appreciated John and his ministry. I'm sure his loss is keenly felt by his family.

Dear Adele, Janice and family, and John Paul and family,
What a shock it was to read about John this morning. Don and I have such wonderful memories of John---from St. John's with my parents, from our wedding (he officiated), to running into each other in Lyons and at Wegman's. We have always held the highest regard for him and for your family and will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers.
