Marion Meyer Obituary
Raleigh, NC: Passed away peacefully on Thursday , October 9, 2008. Marion was born April 19, 1917, in Queens, NY to Wilhelmina Ruckstuhl Hanel and Charles Frank Joseph Hanel.
Marion was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 61 years Joseph Michael Meyer.
She is survived by her sister Dorothy Hamilton and husband Tom Hamilton of Spencer, IN., son, Robert and wife Penny Meyer of Manassas, VA and daughter Barbara Moen of Raleigh, NC, son John and wife Arlene Meyer of Pittsford, NY. Grandchildren Keylan and husband Steve Mensch of Garner, NC, Kara and husband Darryl Cook of Raleigh, NC; Patrick Moen of West Palm Beach, FL; Richard Trevillian of Richmond, VA; Andrew Meyer of Pittsford, NY; Rachel Meyer of Pittsford, NY and Lauren Meyer of Pittsford, NY. Great Grandchildren Dylan Cook of Raleigh, NC; Jaelin Sarkus of Garner, NC; Davin Sarkus of Garner, NC; Erin Sarkus of Garner, NC and Landon Cook of Raleigh, NC.
Visitation will be at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home on Millbrook Rd. from 4:00-6:00 PM, Sunday, October 12. Funeral service will be held at Raleigh Memorial Park at 2:00 PM, Monday, October 13.
In lieu of flowers please donate to Alzhiemer Association.
