Janet has been a dear friend for a long time. I knew her as a professor at NTID and as a visiting friend/interpreter at the Highlands. Her energy, wisdom, tenacity, alert mind and memory were an inspiration to me. I will miss her very much and am so very grateful to have had the pleasure of knowing her and loving her.
