To Grammy's Family, I can't begin to tell you all the great memories of this very special woman. At the top of the list would be her strength to endure all that life brought her way. Next would be the fine family she was matriarch to and how much she loved and appreciated them all. When I think of her I remember her gorgeous white hair, her lovely antiques, her big old historical home, her sense of humor, her kitty cat and how she coddled Bessie Basset. We had some fun times eating out and going to local festivities. She was charming and witty. I think her community saw her as someone who always did the right thing at the right way, making her very respected. Best of I think of her as the mother to my dear friend Theresa. Both of them helped me get through some tough times with love and humor. No one will ever be able to forget Ella!! Love and God Bless to all of you. Linda Watkins

Ella was always a very caring, special lady, and always put family ahead of herself. I will never forget her, and want Jeff and Jerome to know they are in my thoughts and Prayers. I know you boys loved, and took very good care of your grandma. You will have wonderful memories.
