Robert Coyle Obituary
Macedon, NY: Tuesday, October 21, 2008 after a long illness at age 69. He was born in Buffalo, NY on November 6, 1938 and was son of the late Robert & Beatrice Coyle. Loving father of Annette (Mark) Desmaris, Robert R. (Elena) Coyle III, Tracy Anne (Christopher) Cretelle, Dianne M. Coyle, Kim Stewart and Joseph Coyle; cherished grandfather of Rene, Mina, Alex, Nathan, Travis, Kevin, Christina, Anthony, Julia, Rachael, Tyler, Hayden, Liam and Collin; and great-grandfather of McKinley; brother of Raymond Hawkes and Maureen Coyle. Robert served in the US Navy where he worked in radio communications. He later became a Master Electrician, appliance repairman and an amateur speaker sound system developer. He was known for his sense of humor and he was very social in the community and a friend of Bill W. He enjoyed music, books and taking people under his wing when they needed guidance. Cooking was a great passion that he loved to teach his family.
His Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 1st, 2 PM at the Christ Episcopal Church in Albion, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Christ Episcopal Church in his memory.
