I worked with Shorty for over 30 years. We had so many laughs together. His smile was enormous! He told the worst jokes but you always laugh with him. A great friend and leader. He was a life long public servant. Shorty had a green thumb and taught me a lot about planting flowers and veges. There will always be a special place in my heart for you my friend. Loved that man.
Rest in peace my friend.

Angelone Cousins - Although most memories are from my childhood when our families got together, I remember well Cousin Frank's wonderful smile. May you find peace and comfort during this sad time. My deepest sympathy and love to all of you. You are in my prayers.

I had the pleasure to work with Frank from 1972 to '75 at the Street Cleaning Division. He was a lovely man, with a rich sense of humor and a deep love for life. He always left us laughing. The picture of Frank feeding corn on the cob to his dog is classic Frank. While it has been decades since I last spoke to Frank, my memories of him are clear, and I am very sad at his passing. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

It saddened our hearts to hear of Frank's passing. We hope the memories of the good times, love, friendship and life he shared with his family and friends will be a source of comfort to you during this time of sorrow. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
