Matilda Stimson Obituary
"Tillie"
Geneseo/Avon: On October 24, 2008, at age 86, after a long and courageous battle with heart disease. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Kitt; her children, Martha (Carl) Fuller, Midge Chaves, Bonnie (Jim) Noble, Donald (Elizabeth) Stimson, Peggie (Loren) Meale; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grand-children; 1 great-great-granddaughter; sister, Janice (Dave) Thomas; brother, George Shreve; many nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service, 1 PM on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at the York United Presbyterian Church, Main St., York. Private interment, Leicester Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Geneseo Ambulance or Avon Ambulance funds. Arr. Alhart Funeral Home.

Heaven just gained one amazing woman. My Grandmother will always remain the strongest and most inspirational woman I have ever known. I am very blessed to be given 32 wonderful years beside her. You will be greatly missed.
