Short Tract: On October 26, 2008. Husband of the former Elva Keesler; father of Cherrie (Brian) Yox of Machias, Anita (Timothy) Fagan of Bliss, Tina (William) Biehl of Franklinville, Karen (Mark) Shearing of Gainesville, Cindy (John) Zuech of Franklinville, Albert Carmer of Short Tract; grandfather of fourteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; brother of Betty Howell of Hunt, Ella (Clifford) Lockwood of Nunda, Irene (Eugene) Hennard of Short Tract; brother-in-law of Carol Carmer of Short Tract; survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends received 7:00 to 9:00 pm Tuesday at Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, Fillmore. Funeral service at 11:00 am Wed. (Oct. 29, 2008) at the funeral home. Burial: Short Tract Cemetery.
Mr. Carmer was a Navy Veteran and former employee of Eastman Kodak Co.
