Lucy Marchese Obituary

Marchese, Lucy M. (Mangiamele)
Canandaigua: Friday, October 24, 2008, at age 83 peacefully and with dignity. Predeceased by her brother, Biasi Mangiamele. Survived by her daughter, Maryanne Brandmeier of Narragansett, R.I.; son, Steven Markayze of Painted Post, NY; grandchildren, Christopher and Erin Brandmeier and Matthew Markayze; brothers, James, Buster and Tony Mangiamele; sisters, Josephine Palma, Frances Mangiamele, Anna Stanton, Catherine Rainer, Julie Mincer; nieces, nephews and cousins across the US, Canada and Australia and Italy.
She was the oldest child and daughter of Guiseppe (Joseph) and Mary Mangiamele of Victor, NY. Lucy was the owner/operator of Lucy's Beauty Salon on Lake Ave. for 25+ years. She also had a 18 year career with Eastman Kodak's Quality Control Operations. She lived a full and robust life and will be missed.
Friends may call Thursday 6-8 PM at the JOHN M. HEDGES FUNERAL HOME, 1717 Portland Ave. (at the corner of Portland Ave. and Ridge Rd. E.). Funeral Mass Friday at 10 A.M. at St. Patrick's Church, Victor, NY. A Private Burial will be held at White Haven Memorial Park. Memorials may be directed to M.M. Ewing Continuing Care Center at Thompson Health Hospital in Canandaigua, NY c/o of Ruth Ann Fitzgerald.
