Greece: September 28, 2007. Beloved mother of son, John (Mary) Pappano; daughter, Maria Pappano-Mykins; grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Joseph, Michael Pappano, Lara, Rachel, Connor Mykins; great-grandson, Colton Shartran; many good friends, especially, Gwen and Natalie. Predeceased by her father and mother, Arthur & Corinne DeMattia; Msgr. Albert "Uncle Al" Simonetti; grandson, James Pappano. She was a member of Ridgemont Country Club.
Friends may call Sunday, 2-5 P.M. at the Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home, 777 Long Pond Rd. (Between English and Latta). Funeral Mass 9:30 A.M. Monday at Holy Rosary Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to PRCD Womens Outpatient Program, Unity Health System, 1555 Long Pond Rd., 14626.

Marlene was a very dear friend. Over the past 20 years, we spent many hours sharing thoughts and ideas. We also shared some laughs and shed some tears together. She will be missed . . .

So sorry I will be unable to attend the services. I'm in North Carolina.
