Rochester: Sept. 25, 2007. Predeceased by his parents, George Sr. (Arlillian) Eckles; brother, Warren L. Eckles; He is survived by his son, Talib Abdullah of L.A., California; 4 siblings, Jo-Ann Eckles of Rochester, Michael Washington, Jeanette Eckles, Yvette Eckles, all of Atlanta, GA; 2 grandsons; aunt, Nedra Mae Williams of Rochester; a host of cousins other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Monday 7-9PM at Metropolitan Funeral Chapels, Inc., 109 West Ave. Funeral Service, Tuesday, 11AM in the Chapel. Bishop McCloud, Officiating.

My prayers and deepest sympathy to the family. George was one of my best friends in High school and I will miss him so very much. You all are in my prayers, and from the bottom of my heart I will always remember my friend and protector during my Franklin Years, George Eckles. I love you,,,
