Fran will always be remembered by us as a very jovial, kind and bright lady. She and Joe were a very significant part of our younger lives. May they rest in peace with God.

She was always known as "Aunt" Fran to me. I remember her visits to Jamestown. "Aunt" Fran was such a sweet woman and could be quite the spitfire. She was a wonderful person and will be missed by all.

To Fran's family, especially Jean Wolcott,
Fran was a cousin by marriage to my mother, Mary Ann Mira Ranalletta. I have know her as "cousin Fran" all my life. She and JoJo rented an apartment in their home to my parents when they were first married. She spoiled all of us when we were kids, and some of us well into adulthood. Now, when I think of Fran, I will remember her love for her extended family and cherish the time we spent together.
Fran, RIP knowing that your time on this earth was well spent, and that you were loved by many.
