Hello Grandpa,
I miss you so much and I love you. It's different without you here. I miss the crab legs that was hard to get from you and the pickles from the corner store amd the freezer pops...The hardest part of it all is waking up and realizing that your not here. After the funeral and everything I used to wake up from my sleep and talk to you like you were there, and mysterious things started to happen. I miss you grandpa sooo much. Your granddaughter, Brittany aka Baby gurl.
P.S I hope you are enjoying Tweety and keeping him sage from Sylvester, oh and keep God Laughing, I know your the big jokster in heaven.

Hey Dad, Just wanted to let you know how much I miss you and to send this poem that I wrote.
WHEN YOU ARE GONE
I miss you since you have been gone
Everytime I hear the lyrics to that song
Remember when we would laugh
And everything in the world was okay
It seemed that we had so much to look forward to
But then one Monday
I got the message that you were gone
My heart and soul filled with so much fear
Thinking how we would never be able to see each other again
I cried tears of sorrow
Because I know that we are not promised tomorrow
Yet we go on living our lives day to day
Not sure if we will see each other and be able to say I love you.
I miss your smile that would light up the room
I miss you since you have been gone
We would see each other almost everyday
Not knowing if today would be the day
I would say “I’ll see you tomorrow”
And then it never came, the promise that I made
Has begun to fade
Because now you are gone and tomorrow will never come for you again
All the laughs we shared and the jokes that you told
Has all disappeared and ended in just a moment but will live forever in my heart
Live each day as if it were your last
We don’t know when God will call us home
But when He does, I want you to know that you will never be alone
When I remember the lyrics to that song
Or the way we use to laugh and joke
I'll remember that you are always with me even when I can’t see you face to face.
I miss you since you have been gone…

Billie, I never had the opportunity to personally meet you but I was lucky enough to have talked to you over the phone briefly. It was a conversation that I will never forget even though it was short. In the short time we spoke your kindness and caring and humor came through to me and I remember thinking what a sincere Man! I will always remember your warm kind- hearted spirit that day and will tressure the moment always! God Bless such a special man and his family! Love, Tracey and Daryl Roller and family
