Rita Chenelly Obituary
(Gallagher)
East Rochester/Canandaigua: October 24, 2007 at the age of 87 years. Predeceased by her husband, Andrew; 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by 2 sons and a daughter, Dr. Drew (Sandra) Chenelly of Albion, Rodger (Merilee) Chenelly of Farmington and Candy (Theodore) Obourn of Canandaigua; 7 grandchildren, Megan, Joseph, Erin, Ambur, Brodrick, Peter & Evan; great-grandson, Joey; many nieces & nephews.
Friends may call SATURDAY MORNING 10:30-12:30pm at the HARLOFF Funeral Home 803 South Washington Street in East Rochester where Rita's Funeral Service will be held at the conclusion of the calling (12:30pm). Interment in White Haven Memorial Park. Following the interment, a luncheon will be held at an East Rochester restaurant which long ago was the Chenelly family home and grocery store. In lieu of flowers, if you wish to make a contribution in Rita's memory her family requests that you please consider People for Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), 3371 Gaines Basin Road Albion, NY 14411.

Dear Drew, Candy & Rodger,
Our sincerest sympathies on the loss of your mother. I have great memories of her, especially her hospitality and sense of humor. Of course the last time I saw her was at your fathers funeral, which doesn't seem like it was that long ago. Unfortunately, we are out of town this week and could not attend the funeral. Our prayers are with her and your family.
