Roger was my great uncle. I will remember him always smiling and helping me with the food after my Dad's passing. He was always offering to help. He will be missed.

I worked with Roger at DSS and it will always be one of my best memories the Agency. Roger always had a smile and was the highlight of my day. He was missed when he retired...I'll miss him.

I had the gift of working with Roger for 20 years at DHS. He was a very special man. He was kind and genereous. He had a great sense of humor. Amid chaos, he stayed positive and focused. He is deeply missed.

I'm very sorry to hear about Roger. I live in Columbus, Ohio, but was in Rochester for Chet Napierala's funeral and saw Roger at the wake. Also graduated with him from Holy Redeemer School and worked with him at Polish Night at Christ The King Church that Chet and my Husband ran. A very caring person. My Husband and I are very sorry for your loss.
